Thinking, remembering and praying for Beautiful Armenia, my friends and family there ...

102 years ago, this is the day of remembrance of the Genocide where 1.5million Armenians were murdered... and approximately 750,000 Assyrians .... 900,000 Greeks

And then

SIRENS go off here in Israel ...
Sirens of Warning and Sirens of Remembrance ...

Today, In Israel, we stand in remembrance of the HOLOCAUST as the sirens blare over the cities in Israel in remembrance.

Today is also marked as a day we remember the genocide of Armenians, Assyrians and Greeks 102 years ago for being Christian.

ALL of them are remembered today.
----------

.. "After all, who remembers the Armenians?" - Hitler

It seems that Hitler referred to the silence of the world as they (Armenians, Assyrians, Greeks) were massacred and hung upon crosses and beheaded. He was using them as an example, he knew that he could get away with the annihilation of the Jewish people.... because the world stood silent in the face of GENEOCIDE.

LEST we forget .. the devastation and the evil from being still, from being silent .. from being complacent.. from going with the status quo?? Lest we forget the stories of our grand parents, our great grand parents stories?

Who... will remember?? Who will see that today in the Middle East the same beast is awakening killing Christians by the thousands ?? Who will see that across the world anti-semitism is on the rise once again.. both driven by the same evil!

"ISIS jihadists bombed two churches on Palm Sunday in Egypt - slaughtering dozens of Christians as they worshiped. In Syria, they are crucifying Christian kids. In Iraq, they are burning Christian girls alive. Syria's Christians - 66% decimated. Iraq's Christians - 82% destroyed or displaced."

Not only remember but we MUST pray .. not only stand but STAND UP for something greater than yourself... PRAY ...

May we never forget .. may we never be a silent participant in the atrocities that are happening around the world....

REMEMBERING THE HOLOCAUST ...remembering the Genocide

Praying for REVIVAL ...
